There are actually two different kinds: Hostile Environment and Quid Pro Quo
HOSTILE ENVIRONMENT: Some creep makes your work life a living hell with lewd behavior, unwanted advances and so on.
QUID PRO QUO: Sounds like: "If you do things for me, I'll get you a promotion." Or perhaps: "If you want to keep your job, you'll
do things for me." The creep is trying to use his (or possibly her) status and authority to coerce you.
